No-Till Management

No-till crop management provides for superior protection of our soil resources from wind and water erosion.  No-till also allows for improvements in soil quality related to increased soil organic matter, improved soil structure, and improved water regulation.  Because of reduced evaporative water losses no-till can increase crop productivity when crop rotation is utilized.  These attributes of no-till make it a sustainable crop production system.  For more information on no-till crop production in Oklahoma please visit the No-till Oklahoma website.
